Assist in developing position Title, Job Description and Compensation. Determine the profile of the ideal candidate.
Partner with hiring manager and Human Resources executives, developing potential company and industry “target list” for most qualified candidates.
Research and develop potential candidates utilizing myriad resources, including our database. We have tracked over 20,000 candidates, many throughout their careers, sourcing our broad, established network of industry contacts. Since each executive search project is unique, we seek a fresh candidate pool, approaching most candidates who are happilly employed, and not actively in the job market.
Confer regularly with client to discuss search progression, refining search criteria, as necessary.
Interview all qualified candidates, assessing their background, skills set and, above all, their potential “chemistry” with client.
Develop a “short list” of 3-5 finalist caliber candidates. Often, we’ll include an “out-of-the-box” candidate, too.
Present finalist candidates to client and coordinate interview schedule.
Counsel client on selection of the finalist candidate(s) providing best hiring options
Do in-depth reference checking, obtaining candid appraisals from industry sources , many with whom we've established a mutual trusting relationship.
Assist in negotiating an acceptable offer, relocation and start date.
Follow up with both client and employee to confirm mutual satisfaction.
